Grandma

My grandma, she’s a great cook
My grandma she’s a gem
Her stories, always make me laugh
Thank God, for all of them

My Grandma is a “great” grandma
On this we all agree
She gives us all so very much
So strong and wise is she

She has raised some great kids
Our moms and dads are they
Now, they have some great kids too
With grand kids on the way

My grandma we all love you
Every word is true
For none of us would be here
If it weren’t for you!

Commentary: She left her mark upon this world. I hope to do the same. That feels like an honorable goal to me.
